We should like to put on record our thanks for a short cruise which fully lived up to or exceeded our expectations. Fine autumn weather obviously helped, but our enjoyment was enhanced by the consistent courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff. They could not have made our stay more enjoyable. It is perhaps unfair to single anyone out, but staff have to be trained and they have to be led and we are sure that huge credit for training and leadership must be due to the tireless efforts of Hotel Manager, Mr. Brian Copland. Please give him our warmest thanks and heartiest congratulations. He is the public face and you could not have a better ambassador. With sincere thanks to all.
